We are committed to providing a quality service that’s great value for money. We believe in offering the most competitive price we can to all of our customers. That means we promise to keep our prices as low as possible for all of our customers – we don’t believe in charging any customer more than another because of their demographic. It all seems a bit wrong!

We are committed to providing great value, quality service, and whilst we regularly run fun promotions we promise to be good value as standard, all of the time! Unlike other Canterbury Taxi companies, we never charge any extra at night or at weekends. Canterbury Taxi’s increase their prices on Sunday and after 11pm every day, which in our opinion is a little cheeky!

Latest Technology

All of our cars are tracked using the very latest in GPS technology and a partnership with TomTom Satellite Navigation means that we know exactly where our cars are and how long they will take to get to you. Our system works on the National Address and Postcode database, so our drivers never have trouble finding an address, even if you live in the middle of nowhere!

No Noisy Radios

There are no noisy radios in a Longleys cab, every job is despatched from a central computer system to the car by secure mobile internet. The vehicle is tracked throughout the journey for your complete peace of mind.

Last Minute Changes? No Problem!

Our offices are manned 24 hours a day, but more importantly they are managed 24 hours a day. This means that changing things at the last minute never causes a problem.

Lovely Longleys Drivers

Longleys Drivers are all CRB checked to an enhanced level, are licenced by Canterbury City Council, have passed a full medical and an advanced driving assessment with a DSA instructor.

They all drive a vehicle that is owned, and maintained by the company. The vehicle is licenced by Canterbury City Council, is insured for Hire & Reward and passes in-house safety checks every week. Our vehicles are also subject to an MOT test every 6 months from new. In short, you couldn’t be in better hands.

The way we work is to have extra cars during peak hours. That means our drivers are never twiddling their thumbs at taxi ranks – a bored driver is a grumpy driver (Who needs that?!), and never zooming between jobs when we are busy.

We have a strict recruitment system, where we don’t just find safe drivers, but also lovely Longleys people, so you always know you are in safe hands.
