Liability

• Pickup and journey times are estimates; we aim to keep you informed but cannot guarantee against delays.
• Longleys Private Hire Ltd is not liable for any damage, loss, or costs outside our control.
• Longleys Private Hire Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please ensure valuables are insured.
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or any other conditions beyond our control.

Pricing

• Prices are quoted before booking and include a minimum charge, distance rate, and possible extra fee for journeys outside our operating area.
• Waiting time charges apply after the agreed pick-up time.
• Bookers are responsible for any vehicle damage or soiling by passengers.

Cancellation

• We do not charge cancellation fees unless the driver has already been dispatched. After this point, no refund can be made, and you will be charged the full price of the journey.
• No-shows incur the full fare plus waiting time charges while we attempted to locate you.
• We may cancel a booking. In such cases, we will try to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
• Card payments are made on a pre-authorized basis. We will check that you have the quoted fare available in your account at the time of booking, but we will actually process the transaction after the journey is complete. This is in case you request changes to the journey after booking.

Other

• We will not tolerate any abuse of our drivers and will press charges in all situations.
• Complaints can be submitted via our website, email, or by phone. We will strive to address all complaints promptly and professionally.
• Longleys Private Hire Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• This web page will be kept updated from time-to-time with the latest policy.
